Is this home safe for babies and children?

Yes, and there is a supply of various size diapers in the downstairs bedroom in case you forgot enough, etc.

There is also a playground down the street. And a library within walking distance.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed, unfortunately. There are guests that may have allergies that precede you or follow you, so we respectively advise no pets for this property.

Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?

There are no additional fees. We have a guests manual which describes what we expect upon your exit from the property. So, as long as you leave the property as you found it and notify of us of anything accidents or situations during your stay, there are no penalties or additional charges.
